What is this?
An affordable housing covenant is an agreement between the City and property owners to offer units for rent under market rate. Many affordable units are located in mixed-income buildings with market rate units. This map helps the public find where all of these affordable housing units are located.
Year = Year the affordable housing covenant was granted, NOT built or ready for move in. Check with the building for application and availability.
